**Please note : We are more than happy to meet you where you are and offer flexible payment plans. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required as a commitment to myself as a retreat leader, and a promise to yourself that this is what your soul needs. The Story Behind It All

I’m Lyric

In May 2025, I went to Costa Rica for a wedding… and didn’t come home for 30 days.

I know — kind of wild, right? In a matter of hours, I changed my flight, quit my job, and said yes to an epic adventure.
But it was deeper than that.

In August 2024, I lost my dad. He had the wildest, most adventurous spirit I’ve ever known — and he was my best friend. Grief turned my world completely upside down. I forgot how to breathe.
And then, I experienced Pura Vida.

A Lesson in Pura Vida

Costa Rica’s beauty and its people mesmerized me.
There’s a rhythm to life here — a deep appreciation for the simple things, paired with an open-hearted joy for all that life has to offer.

People live in the present, with big hearts and easy smiles. It felt familiar. It felt like home.
So, I couldn’t leave.

My dad didn’t have much, but he gave me three mottos that now guide everything I do:

“We’re all in this together.”
“It’s a great day to be alive.”
“Git Bizzy Livin’.”

As I chose to step off the hamster wheel and into the unknown — to pause, breathe, and rediscover the present moment — I carried those mantras with me.

Healing in the Heart of Costa Rica

During those 30 days, I healed.
I felt, I released, and I reconnected with my being.

Every night, I watched the sunset over the ocean and asked myself:

“What is the meaning of all of it — the love, the loss, the joy, the pain? How do I heal? What am I meant to do with it all?”

And while I didn’t find every answer, I did find this:

**Reconnecting with nature quieted my mind.
**The sun recharged my body.
**The ocean cleansed my spirit.
** And every soul I met reminded me we’re never truly alone.

That’s when I understood Pura Vida — and my dad’s legacy — on a soul-deep level:

Don’t waste time. Tomorrow isn’t promised.
Be present. Be grateful. Be bold.
Love big. Live now.
And never miss a chance for an epic adventure — you might just find more of yourself along the way.

Whole Soul Society + Get Bizzy Livin’

I didn’t leave Costa Rica with my whole heart — because a piece of it will always live there.
But I came home and poured the rest into Whole Soul Society, a space built on the belief that we all deserve to feel whole.

Through yoga, mindfulness, and community, I help others find alignment in mind, body, and soul — and fulfillment through connection.

Now, it’s time to bring that same magic back to Costa Rica.
