At Whole Soul Society, we acknowledge the importance of filling your own cup before pouring out for others.
Soul Service is an event created to first ground into your mind-body-soul connection through yoga, followed by a community social hour. A fusion of fulfillment and fun, this event is intended to help Chicago’s service industry folks (or anyone with a demanding work lifestyle) to learn techniques and gain resources to help integrate a healthy work-life balance, while also meeting new people, making friends, and connecting with their industry + community in a unique atmosphere.
