Build a sustainable wellness routine this winter with a four-week program designed to ground your mind, uplift your spirit, and keep you connected. The best part - you're doing it alongside your spiritually curious community :).

THE PROGRAM Nestled with the same group of ~20 ppl throughout the four weeks, you'll: • Meet weekly @ 9 a.m. on Saturdays • Learn a bite-sized mindful practice each week • Stay connected with your group via WhatsApp • Attend 3 yoga or meditation classes weekly (shared group goal*) *Note, class access sold separately at a discounted membership rate for participants
WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK • A centering meditation • Reflection on how the weekly practice supported you • A new best practice to carry into the week • Space to share & connect with an open, supportive community
PROGRAM DETAILS • $95 for all four weeks • Saturdays at 9am on 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7 for 50 minutes • Includes weekly meet-ups + community WhatsApp group • Access to other studio classes sold separately
